Individuals should be careful not to touch their eyes, nose, and mouth when removing their face mask and wash hands immediately after removing.

Should the face mask be washed or cleaned regularly? How regularly?

Yes, they should be washed regularly depending on frequency of use.

How many times can I wear a face?

The face mask can be used on several occasions, please ensure you wash your mask after each wear.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery Australia wide is $5.

International shipping varies according to your location and is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please consider the processing time for dispatching your order when working out when to expect your parcel. Estimated delivery will depend on where you are located.

Generally across Australia time-frames vary from 2-5 days

Delivery to countries outside Australia takes between 5-26 working days, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

You will be notified of a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. In the event you do not receive a tracking number please contact us. 

Do I need to pay taxes or other importing duties?

Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your face mask you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange to the equivalent value of your purchase or a refund. Read our full Terms and Conditions before returning your order. 

We take every measure to ensure you are satisfied with the face mask, but if you have any issues, please contact us.

You can return your face mask within 30 days of purchase. If your face mask is faulty we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Please select sizing carefully via our size chart prior to purchase and if you are unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance. We will replace incorrect sizing if the face mask is in its original state and packaging and unused. 

The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty.
